Sue has been in the title industry for over 15 years, joining BTA in 2007. Mrs. Fish manages every detail of all transactions where BTA is acting as settlement agent. Additinally, she utilizes this experience to assist our attorney clients conduct closings where they are acting as settlement agents, by preparing settlement statements, aiding in disbursments of funds, recordings, etc.. Sue is also a licensed title producer.
